Screening of some fungicides against Gloeosporium spp. on mangoes.

Abstract : Mango trees, cv. Golek, were sprayed at weekly intervals from bud formation with 0.25% Difolatan 4F [captafol], 0.25% Antracol [propineb], 0.04% Benlate [benomyl] or 0.20% Dithane M-45 [mancozeb]. All treatments reduced the intensity of Gloeosporium attack and captafol gave significantly better results than the other fungicides.
