Abstract : An experiment was carried out on different mango varieties, Dashehari, Langra and Chausa to study the effect of different concentration of paclobutrazol application on fruit quality of mango varieties influence of cultivars and various doses of paclobutrazol on fruit quality of mango differed significantly. Among cultivars per cent TSS and reducing sugar was recorded significantly higher in Dashehari followed by Langra and Chausa. Total sugar and non reducing sugar was estimated is Chausa while these were lowest on variety Dashehari. ?-carotene and ascorbic and were highest in Langra followed by Chausa and Dashehari. All most all the parameters difference significantly for all the concentration of paclobutrazol application. 5g paclobutrazol increases the total sugar (16.85%) reducing sugar (5.05%) non reducing sugar (11.73) and ?-carotene (1.23g) while this doze reduces the fruit weight, fruit volume, fruit length, fruit width and acidity as well in mango which is the beneficial to get good quality fruits.
