Abstract : This paper reports the results of a study conducted during 2007-08 on the status and prospects of mango export in the mango-export zone in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Secondary data were obtained from various published and unpublished sources such as office of the DHO Lucknow, Mango Pack House Lucknow, published report of NHB, District statistical patrika, Annual reports of CISH, Journals and Books. Tabulated data are provided on (i) year-wise mango export and revenue, (ii) year-wise projection of mango export, and (iii) country- and cultivar-wise mango export, from the mango export zone in Lucknow.
