Abstract : During the summer months of March and April 2004, a number of lemon-yellow beetles with black netted markings were collected on mango in Laguna area, Philippines. The beetle was identified as Heteroneda billardieri and was found feed on the mango leafhopper, Idioscopus clypealis. A taxonomic description of H. billardieri is provided, along with information on its distribution.
