Effect of foliar application of zinc sulphate on vegetative growth of mango (Mangifera indica L.).

Abstract : Bearing trees of the cv. Chausa were given a single spray of ZnSO4 at 0.2-0.8% in January. The treatment increased the length of the terminal shoot, the number and area of leaves/shoot and leaf fresh and dry weight; this effect rose with Zn concentration.
