Incidence of mango anthracnose in Dharwad.

Abstract : A survey was conducted during November 1993, and April and August 1994 in Dharwad, Karnataka, India to determine the severity of anthracnose in mangoes caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides [Glomerella cingulata]. The highest incidence of the disease was recorded during August 1994, which was characterized by high relative humidity (88-98%) and temperature (20-27°C).
