Physico-chemical characteristics of mango grown in A & N Islands.

Abstract : The fruits of 4 collections (based on fruit colour) of mango cultivars grown in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands were analysed for physicochemical characteristics. Many of the plants could not be identified as cultivars and were assigned codes. The scores for 14 characteristics, averaged for each collection are listed.
