Abstract : The development of Ceratitis capitata, C. rosa and C. cosyra on 6 mango cultivars (Tommy Atkins, Zill, Kent, Sensation, Heidi and Keitt) was investigated. Most eggs occurred at day 1-2, 1st-instar larvae at day 2-3, 2nd-instar at day 3-4, and 3rd-instar at day 5-6. First-instar larvae fed near the skin, while 2nd- and 3rd-instar larvae fed near the stone.
