Changes in the free and bound amino acids and amides in healthy and malformed mango shoots.

Abstract : The symptoms of malformation of mango shoots are described. Leaves on malformed shoots contained large amounts of free amino acids and less bound amino acids than leaves on healthy shoots. Stem amino acid contents showed the opposite trend.
