Abstract : Currently exported fruits in the Philippines are bananas, mangoes and pineapples, while potential exports under development include papaya, citrus, durian, cashew and pili (Canarium oratum). The paper discusses each fruit in turn covering production, markets, exports or stage of development if not yet exported, and prospects and constraints.
