Abstract : Evaluation of 2 north Indian cultivars (Dashehari and Langra) and 1 hybrid (Mallika) at Bangalore revealed that Langra had the highest percentage of hermaphrodite flowers (61.4%), followed by Dashehari (32.5%) and Mallika (25.6%). Ratios of male : hermaphrodite flowers were 1.0 : 1.6, 1.1 : 1.0 and 2.9 : 1.0, respectively. The change in climatic condition had not affected the pattern of hermaphrodite flower production.
