Abstract : This report on insects of fruit crops in Reunion includes the results of ecological surveys on citrus, mango, lychee and peach, the trophic relations of pests and their predators; parasites and hyperparasites on citrus; directed chemical control of Ceratitis capitata and Pterandrus rosa (using attractant traps for monitoring); the biology and control (with Bacillus thuringiensis and by mass trapping) of Prays citri on citrus; rearing natural enemies of P. citri in the laboratory; the biology and microbial control of Phyllocoptruta oleivora on citrus; and parasites of Pseudaulacaspis pentagona on geranium and peach.
