Abstract : A business model is a logical representation of the products and services that the company offers to its clients, how it relates to them, and the interaction with suppliers, employees and the market. The objective of the present study was to analyze the technological and financial factors that characterize some strategies of the business model of a company engaged in Ataulfo mango export. Mapping of the network value and interviews with key players were conducted. The results indicate that the actions to be implemented to consolidate the business model must orient themselves to: (1) form a guarantee trust to facilitate financing; (2) integrate the demand for inputs to reduce costs by at least 10%; (3) support the management of training, transfer of technology, technical assistance and consulting services to producers; (4) provide continuous information about the behaviour of markets; (5) strengthen the commercial channel; and (6) provide maintenance services to the mango orchards. The business model would allow the company to articulate the value network in order to comply with the requirements of the market.
