Abstract : In this paper, the mango's nondestructive testing methods are summarized, involving the machine vision technology method, near infrared spectrum technology method, ultrasonic method and dielectric property assay. According to the problems of mango nondestructive testing at present, the development trend of mango nondestructive testing is stated in terms of device convenience, nondestructive evaluation and joint detection.
