Described is a food composition in powder, which comprises: (a) from about 30% to about 40% of dehydrated avocado in powder; (b) from about 2% to about 6% of dehydrated mango in powder, (c) from about 2% to about 6% of dehydrated nopal in powder; and (d) from about 40% to about 60% of oat.
