PURPOSE:To obtain an oil fried product having a light sense of eating using a food including fruit and vegetable, by subjecting a food to freezing-thawing- refreezing treatment and frying the resultant food in oil under reduced pressure. CONSTITUTION:A food is treated in a process consisting of freezing-thawing- refreezing at least once and then fried in oil under reduced pressure.
