PURPOSE: To obtain a processed sarcocarp food useful as an additive for yogurt and frozen foods, having bettered flavor/appearance and a high commercial value free from collapse of sarcocarp, containing sarcocarp processed into a spherical shape. CONSTITUTION: This processed sarcocarp food contains soft sarcocarp such as papain, mango, melon or sweet melon, for example, processed into a spherical shape with 1-2.5cm diameter.
