PURPOSE:To easily prepare a large amount of the subject food preservable over a long period by disinfecting microorganisms attached to the surface of a raw fruit such as banana and muskmelon and combining the fruit with other food raw materials. CONSTITUTION:A raw fruit such as banana, mango, pineapple, muskmelon, watermelon and orange is immersed in or washed with an alcohol solution having a concentration of preferably >=40% to disinfect the microorganisms attached to the surface of the fruit.
