PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage containing apple polyphenol, mildened is astringency derived from the polyphenol. SOLUTION: This beverage is obtained by adding 3-30 wt.% juice to a beverage containing polyphenol corresponding to one apple per 500 ml beverage so as to milden astringency derived from the polyphenol.
