A frozen beverage concentrate contains fruit pulp dissolved and dispersed in ice, which concentrate contains materials not derived from fruit and amounts of one or more pulp flotation agents sufficient to assist in supporting the pulp and maintaining it in suspension in a beverage produced by dilution of the concentrate.
