Abstract : A beverage is composed of three liquid phases: A comprising fresh mango juice, water and additive, B comprising fresh orange juice, water and additive and C comprising raw lemon juice, water and additive, each of them being mixed, heated to 50-100 deg.C and sealed in bottle. Before drinking it, three liquid phases are proportionally mixed together to obtain layered beverage with obvious layers without mixing in layers and tastes within 140 hr.
