The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-yield persimmon tree culture fertilizer. The culture fertilizer consists of soybean cakes, rape seed cakes, pine needle cakes, sunflower seed cakes, peanut cakes, sesame seed cakes, brown sugar, datura cakes, bone meal,?mango?powder, loofah powder, plantain seed powder and corydalis tuber powder in percentage by weight.
