PURPOSE: A method of making popped rice by coating plant juice which contains green tea or fruit juice on rice and is naturally produced in Jeju Island and then roasting in an oven is provided. The popped rice has excellent taste and flavor and is useful as low-calorie nutritious foods.CONSTITUTION: According the mixing ratio of popped rice, Citrus unshiu popped rice, green tea popped rice,?mango?popped rice and cactus popped rice are prepared.
