PURPOSE: A method of making ice cream using a plant composition comprising fruits, vegetables and a stabilizer is provided. With the plant composition, everybody can make ice cream easily within a short time. It also enables everybody to easily prepare and store the plant composition and then to prepare ice cream within a short time when necessary.CONSTITUTION: To produce a first plant composition, 40 to 45% by weight of purified water, 40 to 45% by weight of white sugar, 5 to 10% by weight of crystalline glucose, 40 to 50% by weight of a stabilizer |
