The invention provides a mango juice drink which is prepared by mixing the fresh mangoes, filtered water, white sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, monosodium glutamate, sodium chloride, ethyl maltol and vitamin. The weight percentages are following: fresh mangoes 40-60%, white sugar 5-10%; citric acid 1-5%, sodium citrate 0.5-1.0%; sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5-1.0%; essence 0.1-0.3%; sodium chloride 0.1-0.3%; ethyl maltol 0.1-0.3% and vitamin 0.1-0.5%.
